Symptoms include call home reporting of SRC E35A0020 and error "/javax.ws.rs.ext.MessageBodyReader"/ when navigating to the PCM GUI panels. * Fixed an issue where the UI does not allow the setting of Allocated Processing Units to the minimum value supported by CEC. The lowest value the user can scroll to is 0.06 units. * Fixed an issue with the REST call "//rest/api/uom/ManagedSystem?hwinventory=true/" that does not return the results of the PowerSupplies and FANs for servers at FW950. * Fixed a problem to prevent periodic service transmissions for FLRT and Disk Health from failing and sending email notifications. * Fixed an issue where the VNICs are not displayed although VNICs are configured when user tries to access ManagedSystem -> Virtual NICs on the GUI. * Fixed sendfile command failures when using the -S sftp option resulting in error messages: /ssh: Could not resolve hostname [hostname]: Name or service not known// //Connection closed// //Unknown error./ * Fixed creation of Virtual Fibre Channel Device where the given value for the ID(Client/Server) would reset to the "next available" instead of what was entered. * Fixed an issue where LDAP client logins stopped working after upgrading to M950. Listing the users errors with the following messages: lshmcldap -r user /java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException:// //Error constructing implementation (algorithm: Default, provider: IBMJSSE2,// //class: com.ibm.jsse2.aj)// //926165815 XSECMODT/ * Fixed an issue with '*monhmc -r mem*' and '*monhmc -r swap*' not showing any results until the user ran '*monhmc -r proc*'. * Fixed an issue with sftp during HMC update, backup or restore operations to work with user passwords containing spaces resulting in error message: /An incorrect user ID and password or key combination was entered. Specify a valid user ID and password or key and try the command again./ * Fixed an issue that caused "/Service Unavailable/" while opening the PCM panel from HMC Management--->Console settings-->Change Performance Monitoring Settings. * Enhanced logging when intermittently all servers may briefly go to a "No connection, connecting" state before reconnecting causing any task or command running on the server at that time to fail. * Fixed a REST API failure for the GET call on Managed System in "No Connection" state * Fix for PCM getting disabled when managed system is power recycled requiring manual re-enablement of PCM for the system. * Fixed a task error when attempting to perform a VIOS installation from DVD through manage profiles when a bond interface is configured. * Fixed an issue where processor throttling may not be started, adjusted, or stopped on a server in a Power enterprise pool 2.0 when that server is managed by 2 HMCs and the state of the server on one of the HMCs is not in Standby or Operating state. * Fix error while formatting USB device from GUI resulting in /Error!! Format USB flash memory drive was not completed successfully. /The CLI *formatmedia *command option would succeed. * Fix /NullPointerException /observed when firewall is enabled in bond configuration when all ethernet interfaces are consumed for creating network bonds * Circumvented a rare issue that caused the GUI and command line to become unresponsive on an HMC that is the master HMC for a Power enterprise pool. * Fixed an issue that caused the used bond interfaces to be incorrectly listed under list of Available Adapters while creating/editing bond interface. **Security fixes* * * IBM SDK, Java Technology Edition Quarterly update * Addressed bind vulnerabilities: CVE-2020-8622, CVE-2020-8623 and CVE-2020-8624 * Addressed httpd vulnerabilities: CVE-2020-1927 and CVE-2019-10098 *Previously released fixes also included in this PTF: * * * *MH01881/MH01882* 02/05/2021 * Fixed an issue that caused "/Service Unavailable/" while opening the PCM panel from HMC Management--->Console settings-->Change Performance Monitoring Settings. * Fixed proxy server errors that prevented using the GUI requiring a reboot. Call home SRCs of E212E116, E332FFFF, E23D040C and E23D0503 may also be reported.
