Patch 3.4.0.1 is a client and server patch for Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface 3.4 on Windows.
This patch can be applied if you have previously installed version 3.4 or 3.3, or if you have not
installed Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface on your computer before.

If this is your first installation of Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface, you need to obtain a license from IBM. You also need to install version 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 or 2.0 of the Rational License Server TL.

If you already have a license to run version 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 or 3.4, you can use that for Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface version 3.4.0.1

You can apply this patch to Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface version 3.4. You can also install this patch on a machine where Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface has not previously been installed.
Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface 3.4.0.1 is only compatible with HP Quality Center 10. Users should only install this patch if they want to upgrade their installation of HP Quality Center to version 10.
While this patch allows Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface to work with HP Quality Center 10, it does not use any of the new functionality made available in HP Quality Center 10. The new functionality that is not supported includes version control, libraries and baselines.

As a single threaded application Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface can only process one request at any given time. Users of the Administration Console should avoid scheduling multiple synchronization tasks to run at the same time.
