Problems fixed
--------------
- SA Crashes when scrolling through System Resources.
- SA crash when copying and pasting system projects selected by mouse selection.
- SA crashes with XML parsing error and correct listof balancing code to prevent garbage being written to database
- Infinite loop when using "Auto-Align Left To Right" 
How to apply fix
----------------
1. Close System Architect.

2. As a backup, rename the following files that are in the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory:

sadesign.dll
SADgmLayout.dll

3. Unzip this test fix pack to C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect. 

4. Go to Start \ Run. Enter the following and hit OK:

regsvr32 /c "C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect\SADgmLayout.dll"

5. You should get a message:

DllRegisterServer in C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect\SADgmLayout.dll succeeded.

6. Hit OK.

7. Restart System Architect.
