Problem

SA crashed when selecting a large amount of elements in the Explorer 

How to apply fix
----------------
1. Close System Architect.
2. In the directory - C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect, rename the files SAViewBrowser.ocx and sa2001.exe.
3. Unzip this zip file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory.
4. Run C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect\Support\SAReg.exe
5. Restart System Architect.
