Problem
-------
Intelligent Merge and Extract fails and leave the encyclopedia corrupted 
 

How to apply fix
----------------
1) Close System Architect.
2) In the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory, rename the file sadesign.dll
3) Unzip this zip file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory.
4) Restart System Architect.
