Scope

This Test Fix updates IBM Rational System Architect 11.4

Hardware/Software Information

Hardware / Software requirements for this Test Fix are the same as those described in the installation Guide for IBM Rational System Architect.

Getting Started

In addition to the instructions provided in the "Getting Started" section of the IBM rational System Architect 11.4 Release Notes, please review the following information new in this Test Fix for IBM Rational System Architect.

Installation Information

Prerequisite

Licensing

No licensing changes are required when installing this Test Fix.

Installation Instructions

  1. Open the folder ‘C:\Documents and Settings\<ProfileName>’ and delete the ‘rcphelp’ subfolder.
  2. Open the folder ‘C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite’ and delete the ‘Help’ subfolder.
  3. Locate the fix that you downloaded from Fix Central.
  4. Extract the contents of the fix file onto the folder ‘C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite.’ This creates a new ‘Help’ subfolder with the fix.
  5. Start Rational System Architect.
  6. Click Help> Help. The Help file launches and properly downloads the updated content from the Information Center on the web.
