Readme for fix to (CR 62087)

Problem
-------
Server Error is displayed when user tries changing encyclopedia profile in SAXT on a Oracle database.

How to apply fix
----------------
1. Close System Archtiect XT.
2. In a command prompt window stop IIS with the following command:
        iisreset /stop 
3. Backup the files SAWrapper.dll and SAWrapper.xml that are in the directory C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\SAXT\Bin
4. Unzip this test fix pack to C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\SAXT\Bin. Use the options "Overwrite existing files" and "Use folder names".
5. In a command prompt window start IIS with the following command:
        iisreset /start 
6. Restart System Architect XT.
