Problems
--------
- System Architect is crashing inconsistently while users are working with attributes in an encyclopedia
- After deleting the data elements or attributes from the Attribute list of an entity definition, the data elements are available in SA in a locked state.
- System Architect crashes when creating and defining an attribute in an entity that already exisits in that entity
 

How to apply fix
----------------
1) Close System Architect.
2) In the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory, rename the file saedit.dll
3) Unzip this zip file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory.
4) Restart System Architect.
