Readme for Rational System Architect Test Fix for APAR PM21835(CR 62012 - RATLC01669896), APAR PM22181 (CR 62131 - RATLC01701959), PM25141 (CR 62862 - RATLC01824355) and PM21415 (CR 61908 - RATLC01643386)

Problems
--------
Intelligent Merge and Extract fails and leave the encyclopedia corrupted 
Dynamic Views extremely slow to update when combining reports 
Nominating for extraction takes very long time 
It takes >30min to get the context menu (right-click) in a dynamic view
 

How to apply fix
----------------
1) Close System Architect.
2) In the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory, rename the files sadesign.dll, SAViewBrowser.ocx, sa2001.exe, and XStr_409.dll
3) Unzip this zip file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect directory.
4) In the C:\Program Files\Common Files\ibm\Rational\Shared\SA\11.3.1 directory, rename the file XStr_409.dll
5) From the System Architect directory, copy the file XStr_409.dll to C:\Program Files\Common Files\ibm\Rational\Shared\SA\11.3.1
6) Run C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3.1\System Architect\Support\SAReg.exe
7) Restart System Architect.
