Installing Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface 3.4.0.2

Fix pack 3.4.0.2 is a client and server fix pack for Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface 3.4 on Windows.

This fix pack can be applied if you have previously installed version 3.4.0.1, 3.4 or 3.3, or if you have not installed Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface on your computer before.

Obtaining a license for Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface

If this is your first installation of Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface, you need to obtain a license from IBM. You also need to install version 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 or 2.0 of the Rational License Server TL or version 8.1.1 of the Rational License Key Server.

For information about how to obtain a license from IBM, and how to install the Rational License Server TL, see the Rational License Server TL Licensing Guide in the Rational License Server TL Information Center. For information about the Rational License Key Server, see the Rational Common Licensing information.

If you already have a license to run version 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, or 3.4.0.1, you can use that for Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface version 3.4.0.2.

Limitations

As a single threaded application Rational DOORS for HP Quality Center Interface can only process one request at any given time. Users of the Administration Console should avoid scheduling multiple synchronization tasks to run at the same time.
