This TestFix applies to the IBM® SDK Java™ Technology Edition, Versions 6 that is used by Rational Application Developer (RAD) 8.0.x

This test fix addresses the following security vulnerability which affects the IBM SDK Java used by Rational Application Developer version 8.0.x:

PI38888: RC4 BAR MITZVAH ATTACK FOR SSL/TLS (CVE-2015-2808)

Update the Java Development Kit of the product to address this vulnerability.  The file to retrieve depends on your Operating System and machine bitness:

Windows 32-bit: fix pack: 6.0.16.3-JavaSE-SDK-Windowsx8632 (ibm-java-sdk-60-win-x86_32.zip)
Windows 64-bit: fix pack: 6.0.16.3-JavaSE-SDK-Windowsx8664 (ibm-java-sdk-60-win-x86_64.zip)
Linux 32-bit: fix pack: 6.0.16.3-JavaSE-SDK-Linuxx8632 (ibm-java-sdk-60-linux-x86_32.zip)
Linux 64-bit: fix pack: 6.0.16.3-JavaSE-SDK-Linuxx8664 (ibm-java-sdk-60-linux-x86_64.zip)

NOTE: 64-bit support is only available for Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software version 8.0.3 and higher.

How to apply the test fix:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Stop Rational Application Developer.
2. Rename the jdk directory located in your Rational Application Developer installation to jdk-backup.
3. Unzip the appropriate IBM SDK Java archive file to the jdk directory in your Rational Application Developer installation directory.
4. Rename the sdk directory to jdk.

How to uninstall the test fix:

1. Stop Rational Application Developer.
2. Remove the jdk directory located within your Rational Application Developer installation directory.
3. Rename the jdk-backup directory located in your Rational Application Developer installation to jdk.
