2. DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

    1) Go to download page 
	2) You may now download the respective JDK directly

   Required fixes:
   [OS]    [Arch]  [Bits]   [Requisite fix files]
    Linux   x86_64  64       ibm-java-sdk-7.1-4.40-linux-x86_64.tgz
            x86     32       ibm-java-sdk-7.1-4.40-linux-i386.tgz
    Windows x86     64       ibm-java-sdk-71-win-x86_64.zip
            x86     32       ibm-java-sdk-71-win-i386.zip

3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Upgrading the JDK for RMC Client

   1) Close RMC Client

   2) Navigate to the original install directory and rename the JDK folder:
        <InstallDir>/jdk
            to
        <InstallDir>/jdk-Original

        This will ensure that the original JDK is kept as a backup in the event a restore is required.
        Example (Linux): mv <OrigInstallDir>/jdk <OrigInstallDir>jdk-Original

   3) Unzip the new JDK file provided by support to the Installation directory.
        Example (Linux):  unzip <newInsallZip> -d <InstallDir>/

   4) Rename the unzipped sdk folder to jdk, example:
      <InstallDir>/ibm-java-sdk-71-win-i386
            to
      <InstallDir>/jdk

   5) Restart eclipse.exe or rmc.exe
