JRE 8.0.7.20 Update for IBM® Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Web Access 9.7.2.7

1. Shut down all components of the IBM® Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Web Access : the web access broker, interoperation servers, the Tomcat server and Derby servers.
   For instructions, see the IBM knowledge center.

2. Back up the current JRE directory available on your machine.
   The location of the JRE should be in "Path" environment variable.
   For example C:\Program Files\IBM\Java80\jre.
   
3. Extract the new JRE at the same location as your current JRE.

4. Delete the Apache Tomcat temporary files that are in these directories:

    dwa_install/os_folder/server/temp
    dwa_install/os_folder/server/work/Catalina/localhost

5. Ensure that the "JAVA_HOME" environment variable is set to the JRE install path.
   For example C:\Program Files\IBM\Java80\jre.

6. Restart IBM® Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Web Access and its components.
