Title: Alert: VPD sync issue in a mixed code level grid environment where one of the members is at 
8.7.0.155 or 8.7.0.156. Issue prevents TS7700 from completing a cluster join or coming online.   

Description:
VPD sync issue in mixed grid code environment.  
Available VTD_EXEC needs to be applied to resolve clusters being unable to either newly join, or 
rejoin, a grid after being offline.  
Contact Service Support for additional information and resolution.


Affected TS7700 Code Levels:
8.7.0.155 or 8.7.0.156 mixed with ANY other code level in the grid (excluding 
available solution levels).
