Title: Alert:  If a Storage Authentication Service Policy is enabled  for the TS7700 Virtualization Engine, 
the Management Interface must be restarted after service personnel log into the machine.

Description: 
When any service personnel log into a TS7700 with a Storage Authentication Service Policy enabled, 
the service login changes the authentication files.  This will cause users that are logged into the 
Management Interface to receive "HYDME0451I: You are no longer authorized to access this page."  
Users will not be able to log back into the Management Interface until the web server is restarted by service personnel.  
Plan for all users to log out of the Management Interface before service personnel access the machine.  
After service personnel log into the machine and restart the web server (approximately 5 minutes), 
all users can log back in.  If access is not restored to the web interface after 5 minutes contact IBM support.

Affected TS7700 Code Levels:
8.20.0.59-8.21.0.119

Available Solutions:
Plan for all users to log out of the Management Interface before service personnel access the machine.  
After service personnel log into the machine and restart the web server (approximately 5 minutes),
