This fix pack package contains fixes for the IBM Security Access Manager for Enterprise Single Sign-On AccessAgent software. 8.2.0-ISS-SAMESSO-AA-FP0032 contains new fixes and all fixes from the previous fix pack. For information about defects that are resolved in the previous fix pack, including the manual configurations, see the previous fix pack readme file.
This fix pack is dependent on AccessAgent, version 8.2.
This fix pack corrects the following new issues found in IBM Security Access Manager for Enterprise Single Sign-On, version 8.2 release:
Symptom: AccessAgent, SOCIAccess, and Observer log file handling were inconsistent.
Symptom: During a fresh installation of Access Agent 8.2.0, there might be an error indicating that EnBioKeyUICOM.exe is not digitally signed.
Resolution: Replace the appropriate version (32 bit or 64 bit) of EnBioKeyUICOM.exe in the Config folder within AccessAgent installer directory, before executing setup.exe to install AccessAgent.

APAR IV50300
Symptom: AccessAgent monitors all smart cards registered with Windows even though smartcard is not configured as a second factor. This causes issues in third party applications that actually use smartcard.
APAR IV50204
Symptom: When user minimizes AccessAgent window into taskbar and double clicks on AccessAgent icon in system tray, AccessAgent window is not restored on screen causing the user to think that AccessAgent has hung.
APAR IV51225, IV51226
Symptom: Occasionally, AccessAgent causes Internet Explorer to crash when webpage uses modal window.

Before you begin
Procedure
If you successfully installed 8.2.0-ISS-SAMESSO-AA-FP0032, the AccessAgent version is updated to 8.2.0.3471 and the AccessAgent maintenance level is FP0032.
Silent Installation Procedure
Alternatively, you can do a silent installation of the fix pack.
Use the Windows Control Panel or Start menu shortcut to uninstall the AccessAgent from the computer.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have administrator privileges.
About this task
You can uninstall AccessAgent either directly from the Windows Start menu shortcuts or through the Control Panel.
You are prompted to confirm whether you want to uninstall the product.
The setup must update files or services that cannot be updated
while the system is running. If you choose to continue,
a reboot will be required to complete the setup.
What to do next
Verify that the installation directory for AccessAgent is removed.
