HTTPServerConnector port stops listening.

Tivoli Directory Integrator 7.1.1 Fixpack 3 must be installed.

Applying the Fix:
=================

	- 	Unzip the fix package to a temporary directory. 

	- 	The ZIP file contains HTTPServerConnector.jar, HTTPParser.jar and 7.1.1-TIV-TDI-LA0019-README.txt 

	-	Backup the HTTPServerConnector.jar and HTTPParser.jar from <TDI_Install_Dir>/jars/connectors and <TDI_Install_Dir>/jars/parsers folders respectively, The backup extension cannot be .jar or .zip. 

	-	Copy the newly extracted HTTPServerConnector.jar to TDI_Install_Dir>/jars/connectors folder.

	- 	Copy the newly extracted HTTPParser.jar to TDI_Install_Dir>/jars/parsers folder.


Confirming the Fix has been applied successfully:
