Downloading the fix pack

You can download the WebSphere_CloudBurst_Appliance-1.0.0.2.scrypt2
fix pack zip file from the IBM Fix Central Web site
(http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral). You can update the firmware
on your appliance with this fix pack if you have the appliance
administration permission.
