Description/symptom of problem: The recovery thread for WorkManager based navigation may duplicate messages when falling back to JMS based navigation. Under high system load the recovery thread may repeatedly send the same message to the BPE Internal Queue. These duplicated messages are recognized later on and will be automatically discarded. Yet this behavior may lead to a high message count on the BPE Internal Queue and consequently to a system slow down. This fix addresses this issue and avoids the message duplication. NOTE: IBM Installation Manager is required to install this interim fix (recommended 1.4.1 or later).
