1.0 ABOUT THIS README FILE
---------------------------

This README provides information about the patch available in this Fix.

This fix can be installed on WebSphere Sensor Events 7.0


2.0 INCLUDED IN THIS FIX
----------------------------

The following reported program defects are fixed in this update:

o  IC82996: Tags moving between areas are not correctly displayed in the  WebSphere Sensor Event AVC GUI                                


3.0 INSTALLATION
-----------------

3.1 Prerequisites

o  You must have Administrator access to update WebSphere Sensor Events server.

o  It is assumed that WebSphere Sensor Events server is already installed.


3.2 Installation Procedure

1. Unpack the zip file, IC82763.zip, to the WebSphere Sensor Events server folder: C:\Program Files\IBM\WSE\properties\version\maintenance.  The zip file contains the files: 
     wseClient.ear
     IC82996-readme.txt
     SNSREVTS-7.0-MULTI-IC82996.fxtag

2. Stop the WSE server. 
On Windows, navigate to the C:\Program Files\IBM\WSE\lib directory and copy the wseClient.jar file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\WSE\maintenance\IC82996\backup directory.
On Linux, navigate to the /opt/IBM/WSE/maintenance/IC82996 directory and copy the wseClient.jar file to /opt/IBM/WSE/lib
Start the WSE server.

3. Copy the SNSREVTS-7.0-MULTI-IC82996.fxtag file to this folder: C:\Program Files\IBM\WSE\properties\version\
     

4.0 UNINSTALLATION
-------------------

1. Stop the WSE server. 
On Windows, navigate to the C:\Program Files\IBM\WSE\maintenance\IC82996\backup directory and copy the wseClient.jar file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\WSE\lib directory.
On Linux, navigate to the /opt/IBM/WSE/lib directory and copy the wseClient.jar file to /opt/IBM/WSE/maintenance/IC82996
Start the WSE server.

2. Delete the file located at: C:\Program Files\IBM\WSE\properties\version\SNSREVTS-7.0-MULTI-IC82996.fxtag
