This README provides information about the patch available in this Interim Fix.
This fix can be installed on IBM WebSphere Sensor Events server 7.0.
Included in this interim fix
The following reported program defects are fixed in this update:
- IT04331: Under high load MicroBroker is throwing MqttException 32001 (REASON_CODE_NO_DESTINATION_IDS_AVAILABLE).
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator access to update WebSphere Sensor Events server and Data Capture device.
- It is assumed that WebSphere Sensor Events server and Data Capture are already installed.
Installation
- Unpack the zip file, IT04331.zip, to directory <Local Installation Path>\IBM\WSE\maintenance . The zip file contains the files:
- com.ibm.micro.admin_3.0.2.2-20140915.jar
- com.ibm.micro.client_3.0.2.2-20140915.jar
- com.ibm.micro.utils.extended_3.0.2.2-20140915.jar
- com.ibm.micro.utils_3.0.2.2-20140915.jar
- com.ibm.micro_3.0.2.2-20140915.jar
- com.ibm.mqttclient_3.0.2.2-20140915.jar
- IT04331-readme.
- WebSphere_Sensor_Events.IT04331.fxtag
- Apply this fix to these components:
- Data Capture and Delivery
- Data Transformation
Use the instructions in the technote, "Updating OSGi bundle files for WebSphere Sensor Events". This technote is available at: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21404364
- Copy the WebSphere_Sensor_Events.IT04331.fxtag file to this folder: <Local Installation Path>\IBM\WSE\properties\version
Uninstallation
- Refer to the "Updating OSGi bundle files for WebSphere Sensor Events" technote, available at: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21404364
- Delete the file located at: <Local Installation Path>\IBM\WSE\properties\version\WebSphere_Sensor_Events.IT04331.fxtag
