Abstract:  sip container is returning a re-invite

Description/symptom of problem:  
PI28440 resolves the following problem:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:                                              
WebSphere Application Server SIP Container is returning a       
re-INVITE to the sender (client) instead of forwarding it to    
the STCF.                                                       
This is causing a SIP/2.0 482 Loop Detected.                    
This issue might be related to PI18727.

PROBLEM SUMMARY

USERS AFFECTED:
 All users of IBM WebSphere Application
Server V8.5 Session Initiation Protocol
(SIP) Container

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
when using IP v6 outbound messages
may be proxied to the originator
instead of the target

RECOMMENDATION:
None

Due to a problem in the IP v6 comparison mechanism, outbound
messages may be routed to the message originator.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:                                             
Fixed the compression mechanism.

* Be at V1.4.3 or newer of the Installation Manager. Certain iFixes may require a newer version of the Installation Manager and the Installation Manager will inform you during the installation process if a newer version is required.
