This could occur in all versions of WebSphere Application Server Liberty prior to V8.5.5.8. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: The Liberty Transaction Recovery code was re-worked to close this timing window. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.8.
