This vulnerability allows users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session. PROBLEM CONCLUSION: Data received by Liberty OpenID Connect clients is now appropriately sanitized before being used in order to protect against cross-site scripting attacks. Directions to apply fix: Install Fix to all WebSphere installations unless special instructions are included below.
